As part of your stay with Goodville, please note that any additional expenses incurred beyond the planned activities will be your responsibility. These might include personal phone calls, bar and alcoholic beverages, room service, and other incidentals. Also, activities not listed in your itinerary, as well as valet and laundry services fall under this category. To help you keep track, Mohonk Mountain House will maintain a separate record of all relevant expenditures. We kindly ask that you settle your account at the resort front desk before your departure.
Goodville is happy to support your upcoming trip by providing reimbursement for a wide range of expenses you may incur. This includes various travel-related costs such as your transportation services—whether it’s airfare, train tickets, or car rentals—as well as meals during your journey. To ensure you receive your reimbursement in a timely manner, please gather all your itemized paid receipts and submit them to
partnershipcouncil@goodville.com by the deadline of November 12, 2025.
Additionally, your overnight stay at the picturesque Mohonk Mountain House will be thoughtfully arranged and fully covered by Goodville. However, please be aware that any costs listed under the Personal Expenses section will not be included and will remain your responsibility.
